In the year 1976, the owner / Proprietor, Mr. chandichoron Ghosh started the business of sweets after opening a small shop at the nearby area Bagnan railway station. But, after a year that shop is ruined due to the ruthless flood. in 1978.

But, the indomitable will of Chandicharon Ghosh made him Set up anothes shop at O. T. Road in 1978 after the situation restored normally. He used to run help of craftsman, as he himself made sweets.

Afterwards, the two sons of Chondichoron Ghosh, Biswajit Ghost and Prasenjit Ghosh,took over the business upon their shoulders after the completion of their education. During the Continuation of their studies, mr. Biswajit and mr. Prasenjit sometimes engaged with the two business. Mr. Prasenjit alwaysthought how he would take the business peak at the top of success, and that is why he started preparing sweets collecting cow-milk and buffalo-milk of refined quality from outside. Moreover, he rediscovers by rediscovers the curd in a new form by the curd in a new form by the help of his novel ideas, and that curd is now popularly known to be (………………) After finishing his education Mr his education, Mr. Biswajit began new inventing new ‘Sandesh’ and ‘fusion’ sweets. Thus we start having a special place in the minds of the customers.

By utilising the inventive ideas one by one and making new kinds of sweets, we have been able to acquire special place in the innermost core of the customers’ hearts. At present, “Kesharpesta Bhog’, ‘strawberry Rosogolla’, ‘Green-chilli Rosogolla’ , ”Ras Kalakond’, ‘malai Geda’, ‘Heat milk-cake’, ‘Lekhar Barfi’ , ‘Butter scotch’ , ‘sandesh’, ‘kalakand’, ‘Kaju Pesta Dilkhush’, ‘Malini’, ‘malai Barfi, ‘Abar Khabo’, ‘son cake’, ‘Rice Ball’, ‘Kaju kathli’, ‘Keshar malai chomchom’ etc. are some of the sweets that have gained popularity in the midst of the Customers. Besides, ‘khirdoi’, ‘amdoi’ , ‘Baked Rasgolla’ and the sweets made in different swasons deserve to be mentioned.

At Present, our shop has Set foot 48 years. People’s outlook towords the sweet shop was different carzier, but later the respective of owners of “New Sheetala mistanna Bhandar “(New Sheetala confectionery Store) have been able to bring the shop to a remarkable statare (height). Today the blessings of parents, the grace of the Almighty, the love of the customers and the untiring toil of the staff have turned the sweet shop into a factory.
